I am so glad you found Shine! Life can be difficult, and having someone to walk with you during those times, can be life-giving. I offer a non-judgmental setting for all clients to explore the issues that are currently present in life, and issues that are hanging around from the past.
The process to find a therapist and start healing is a difficult one. It takes courage and strength to reach out for additional support, and I commend you for taking that step. It is important that you feel comfortable with me during our time together, as the relationship is a key component the therapeutic process. If I am not the best fit for you, I am happy to refer you to other clinicians within the community.

The Therapeutic Process
Therapy is a process, and it can be a hard one at that. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, therapy can help individuals develop life-changing habits to help manage life’s various obstacles. Therapy sessions and techniques utilized are tailored for each individual, and work toward the specific goals we have established during our time together. I work collaboratively with all clients to help foster understanding and facilitate meaningful and authentic change.
